Recruiting

End to end recruiting document automation

A recruitment agency specializing in sales placements

One discovery call transcript becomes a full, review-ready document set, with human gates before anything leaves.

The situation

Every new client engagement meant a recruiter drafting the same stack from scratch: requirement notes from a discovery call, a client-facing job description, screening questions, an interview guide, a sourcing strategy, and once candidates arrived, a full evaluation summary for the client. Each document took real time to write well. Quality varied by recruiter. Small mistakes, accidentally naming the client in a public post or quoting a salary that was never confirmed, created real compliance risk.

What we built

A five-agent pipeline that turns a single discovery call transcript into a complete, review-ready set: a structured job requirement brief (facts only, missing details flagged, not guessed), a clean client-anonymized job description, screening questions and an interview guide built from the same requirements, a sourcing strategy tailored to the role, and a candidate evaluation summary that cross-references resume, questionnaire, and interview transcript against the original brief. Every claim is traced to a quote or metric. Every stage has a human checkpoint. Automated checks catch issues like an accidentally included client name or an unverified salary figure before a document leaves.

What changed

What used to be hours of drafting per engagement becomes a review-and-approve workflow. Quality stays steadier across the team; compliance mistakes get caught earlier.

Tell us where the hours go.
