This policy explains how Luceat("we") handles information when you visit luceat.dev, book a discovery call, send a workflow, or leave your email for notes from the studio. We collect only what we need to answer you and run the site.

We may collect:

• Workflow details you send through the form: name, work email, company, team size, a description of the workflow, hours per week, and the tools involved.
• Email address if you subscribe to occasional notes from the studio.
• Messages you send to contact@luceat.dev.
• Scheduling details when you book a discovery call through Cal.com, including the time you choose and what you enter in that form.
• Usage data such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and referral information, through Vercel Analytics.
• Technical data your browser sends as part of normal operation, including IP address and device information, so we can keep the site available and secure.

We use information to:

• Reply to workflow inquiries, usually within two working days
• Prepare a discovery call, a scope, or a proposal you asked for
• Send occasional notes if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Operate, maintain, and improve the site
• Understand aggregate traffic
• Protect the site against abuse
• Meet a legal obligation when one applies

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to do the work above, including with:

• Hosting (Vercel), which serves the site and the analytics
• Scheduling (Cal.com), when you book a call
• A Google Sheet, via a Google Apps Script web app, where we keep newsletter addresses and workflow inquiries
• Email tools we use to reply to you or to send notes you subscribed to
• Advisors or authorities when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights

Those providers handle information under their own terms.

The site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic operation and for Vercel Analytics. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some of them may affect the site.

We keep inquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to reply, to carry a possible engagement, and to meet legal or accounting duties. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics are kept according to our analytics provider's settings.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email contact@luceat.dev and we will respond. We may need to confirm it is you before we do.

The site is used by businesses across North America and may be visited from elsewhere. If you contact us from another region, your information may be processed in the United States, Canada, or other places where our providers operate.

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top changes when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you have seen the revised policy.
